目前slack用到的功能只有bot，在有新的案件時會發送通知，但僅限於單一workspace，要跨workspace安裝必須通過這些流程，提交給官方審核：

推播的功能勢必要改，另外可以加上答覆功能，這部份就等待app公開後再另開issue
