Seriously struggling to figure out making my own scenes?

I have tried and tried again and I cant even get a simple text example

I have never used node stuff before a video tutorial of showing home assistant sensors. etc would be a god send

The project looks exactly perfect for what I want but the lack of explanation for people with low level understanding of the interface

Hey @Hexagram6716 , I understand your frustrations. This project is an early-stage one-man side project, hence things are still rough around the edges. I've been working through the tasklist, focusing on the larger backend tasks that are needed to make any of this possible. I have a few more items left before my focus will switch to building a great UI and a great experience, which includes documentation and video guides. So I ask for just a little more patience :). At present the best way to learn to compose scenes is to edit the existing samples, and learn from there.

Hi @mariusandra I have tried to edit the examples but I'm still not getting it to work lol so I cant tell if its a bug or my incompetence

I managed to make my own python setup for what i was after now but I have a second SD with this project on it. and will try it again at some point :)

I apricate its a wip but just a simple guideline on the interface with explanation would rule out user error
