Not dispalying the quality selector menu in IE 11. #22

When I use IE 11, the plugin does not work, It can't be display in control bar, can you fix it?
by the way, How can I get the latest videojs-max-quality-selector.js, such as version 0.92 or later?

I decided to not support Internet Explorer at all, just because everyone else is going that way. However, if you have a concrete bug that effects any browser including IE, I'd be happy to fix; just won't prioritize bug fixing IE only.

Version 0.9.2 doesn't include any changes to the plugin itself, just the related packages. I'll see about a newer upgrade soon.
