IOS Apple Iphone XR 12.2, in Safari

In the messenger screen when you click on the paper clip the screen acts as you would expect, it pops up asking which file you want to attach.

When I click on the picture for Giphy and the emoticion icon, the keyboard pops up in your way.

See my attached screen shots showing how it pops up after hitting the icon, I then deactivate keyboard and the screen I want to see shows up. It would be great to disengage the keyboard when the giphy or emoticon is clicked, it might be good to get the "?" to work on the iphone.

Looks like this is intentional with Safari mobile. Probably will just punt as #wontfix since we can't afford the cycles to implement a costly workaround for this one scourge of web standards.

The Question mark icon link is a separate issue. I'm going to split it off.
