Can't install Octolaspe on windows (Octoprint version 1.9.3).

When you ran into the problem, did you have diagnostic logging enabled?

Diagnostic Logging was Enabled: No

What were you doing when the problem occurred

1. I chose the Octolapse plugin from the "add plugin" section.
2. I tried to install the plugin,
3. It did not install due to errors.

What should have happened?

The plugin should have installed

What happened instead?

The plugin did not install
