Cannot Cross compile on arch

I cannot cross compile fluidsynth on arch linux

Becuase the program crashes with 13568

I am using this simple test i made

	return 0;
}

this is my compile sh

x86_64-w64-mingw32-cc test.c -L. -static -lpthread -lfluidsynth -lfluidsynth.dll -o "test.c.rel" && x86_64-w64-mingw32-strip "test.c.rel"

x86_64-w64-mingw32-wine "test.c.rel"

I tried compiling fluidsynth and using prebuilt binary
