STATUS 500 ERROR: I cannot upsert chunks from Document Loader to Document Store.

I am following the instructions of the RAG Like a BOSS (Flowise Document Stores Tutorial). I am attempting to upsert chunks from the Cheerio Web Scraper.

I have connected Flowise to Supabase and am using OpenAI for embeddings.

When I attempt to upsert, I get this error:

Status: 500
Error: documentStoreServices.insertIntoVectorStore - Error: documentStoreServices._insertIntoVectorStoreWorkerThread - AggregateError

I have attempted to do this on Docker (Windows) and Render (Chrome), but I get the same message.

Does anyone have a fix? I see information on Ollama and Fais but nothing regarding OpenAI and Supabase.
