Expose as a package

👋🏻 would it be possible to expose mkcert as a package that could be consumed by another Go program?

I'm looking at implementing PKCE for a CLI tool and need to spin up a TLS server and so something like mkcert that could be programmatically consumed and used by my CLI tool would be great.
