Consent

By using Dozer you agree to this privacy policy and all of its terms.

Collected information:

We collect and save the following information from our users:

  • Server IDs
  • Text channel IDs
  • Voice channel IDs
  • User snowflake IDs
  • Message IDs (Only for use of the &schedulesend command)
  • Message content (Only for use of the &schedulesend command)

All collected information listed above is stored in a database which is protected with multiple levels of physical and digital security

We also temporarily store the following information to reduce the amount of API calls to Discord:

  • User information (Username, discriminator, avatar link, etc.)
  • User roles (Name, color, etc.)
  • User permissions (Manage Messages, Manage Nicknames, etc.)
  • User voice state (Channel ID, etc.)
  • Guild information (Name, icon, etc.)
  • Guild member information (Nickname, etc.)
  • Message content (Used for message logging to another Discord channel)

All temporary information is stored in the bots cache and is purged after either the cache is full or the bot is restarted.

Why we need your information

We need all the information listed above to allow for the proper functioning of the bot and its related services. No information is ever taken off platform.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to provide all the functionalities that the bot has to offer

WE DO NOT SHARE ANY OF THE STORED INFORMATION WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES

Log Files

Dozer uses log files to keep track of errors and exceptions that occur within dozer during the course of its operation. These log files are never taken off platform. They are only used for debugging purposes.

Data removal

If you wish for all of your data to be removed from our database, please contact us via either Discord or Email.

All message content will automatically be removed after a cache purge or in the case of &schedulesend when the message is sent.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Dozer does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
