Requirements:

  • Provide secondary DNS services
  • Should support NOTIFY and AXFR

NOTE: Also add any known limitations and cons to each network, if it has been generally experienced by users.

FreeDNS
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Pros: Free, fast and reliable.
Cons: Only one nameserver for free accounts.

It is a good list for people without a lot of knowledge. I spent a lot of time not know about this 3 weeks ago. I didn't even know what secondary DNS was before March :P
