1.0.216/217 nightly not work with pageant 0.82

Hi，

The new russh backend does not work with pageant 0.82, I was thinking it's about ed25519 key , but it's not , the nightly
1.0.217 works properly same key with win11 openssh key agent，here is the log with pageant.
