At Tabby startup I would like to open specific profiles in tabs and have them automatically connect, is that possible?

I know you can restore terminal tabs on app start (under the Terminal settings) but what I would really like to be able to do is open a specific group of profiles at every startup. The other issue with restoring the terminal tabs on app start is they do not seem to actually open the connection until you click on the tab, and I need them to open the connection immediately at startup. How can I accomplish this in Tabby?
