Feature description

Add whisper chats as a configurable message type to the message-types and messages section of the EssentialsDiscord config.

How the feature is useful

Just like mute and kick messages (and chat messages in general) having easy access to private messages between players even when there is no staff directly online can be a very useful moderation tool.
