Correcting attach point for UAZ

Is it possible to change the center point (I don't know what it is called correctly) for UAZ when using the AttachTo function?

It is not possible to change the center point of the UAZ itself but you can make an exception for the UAZ and hardcode the attach point. Unfortunately the UAZ is not the only vehicle that has this problem.
