[KDE] Migrate .desktop files to .json for plasma 6

I love the Nordic themes, I use them on all my computers.

I am experimenting with NixOS, where the themes work out of the box in KDE 5, but they are partially applied in KDE 6. When I checked my installed Look and Feel packages they don't even show up. I found that the reason is that the repository still contains metadata.desktop files that are not supported in plasma 6. They require metadata.json. I found that I can download the plasma 6 themes from the KDE store, which contain the json files (I suppose they got converted manually, without the changes synced with the repo). However NixOS packages the KDE themes directly from this repository and not fetching them from the KDE store.

@EliverLara, are there any plans to convert the .desktop files to .json in the repository, too? If you want, I can help with that (using the desktoptojson tool) and open a PR. With NixOS I can easily test the change on both KDE 5 and KDE 6. Just let me know.

The theme was updated to work on plasma 6 some months ago, I haven't updated(reordered) the repo, but it's avaliable in the kde-store
