The instructions say "extract the zip file", but it doesn't really indicate very clearly which zip file to extract.

When I go to the releases page, there are several, so it's ambiguous as to which need to be used or how to go about actually obtaining the correct files for installation.

What's the right way forward? 🙂

Very true, not sure if this is the zip corresponding to the entire GitHub's code button that allow you to download a zip of the entire repository, or a zip coming from the releases.

This might be confusing, especially for people not used to download and install a theme for Gnome.

💯 in agreement there… I am well confused. But, that's not a shock since I use gnome apps but run awesome.

@EliverLara -- Still would love improved instructions! Can you provide more information about specifically which zip file we should be extracting?

hi, everyone

You need to copy all the files in this repository and put it inside a folder (eg. nordic).
So the file hierarchy will be like this:

.themes/
-- nordic/
---- Art/
---- assets/
---- cinnamon/
etc

Here's the picture to make it clear.

No need to worry about those folders with desktop environment name (cinnamon, gtk-3.0, gtk-4.0, kde). Your system will choose the right folder automatically.
