PCSA00107 "Version not supported" error #145

When I try to modify the resolution or FPS cap for Killzone: Mercenary I get an error saying the version of the game I'm using isn't supported. I downloaded the US version from PKGj so I'm not sure why it's not supported. Any idea how to resolve the issue?
