Audio: Use the ps vita as a virtual mic for pc

Use the ps vita mic to record audio and transmit them to the client, and play the audio on the client as if coming from a mic using a virtual loopback device.

Very low priority and might probably be never realized. Will have test how far we can push flatbuffers without significantly affecting the controls by introducing latency.
