Description

The screenshot below shows me trying to edit "Policy för röstning". In the form I would expect to see its current name in the title field and its URL in the path field.

Steps to reproduce

Go to https://www.dsek.se/documents/governing/eea392e4-1565-400d-ba25-a195a6657185/edit

All fields are empty which makes it quite annoying to edit the document.
