Make failed items move back two levels instead of one?

Hi, I've been using Houhou for over two years and absolutely love the application. I even donated a while back because I appreciate it so much. So, once again, thankyou to Doublevil.

I use custom SRS time frames now, but in addition to that I think it would be better for me if if failed SRS items move back two levels instead of one. Would it be a simple edit in the code somewhere which I could potentially do myself if pointed in the right direction?
