Web UI for Luke

I have not deeply developed this idea so far, but some users desire the browser application of Luke.

Now Luke's source code is well-separated into models (internal APIs) and UI components, so it could be possible to develop Web interface.
Of course there are difficulties of handling multiple user accesses / sessions. So, it should be restricted to read-only access, at least in the initial implementation.

However I have no feasible implementation ideas for now. :)

For contributors: Now Luke is a part of Apache Lucene. Please create an issue (if there is not exist) to Lucene Jira if you want to help with this.
