"Englefield House" sonnet work: updating and versioning with Sonnets 1827

@amberpeddicord @lmwilson I've just reorganized this DM_Poetry GitHub repo so there's a workspace for updating the code for the "Englefield House" sonnet. (I last worked here not too long ago on revising code for a different Mitford poem, "Watlington Hill.")

I think this is what we need to do:

• Associate the new project schema
• Update the header and code to current standards (and let's check how we want to handle the indentation of lines, looking back at "Watlington Hill" too).
• Add versioning markup to compare this with the publication in the 1827 Sonnets.
