[建议]增加打开新标签页聚焦搜索框的提示 #35

经测试，在 Edge 打开新标签页中，默认会聚焦地址栏，改浏览器设置也不起作用，但按下 Esc 键就会聚焦到新标签页的搜索框中，Chrome 应该也是一样的操作，Firefox 不清楚是否可行，但好像可以改火狐浏览器设置解决

可以将这项提示写入 README.md 在设置里或在浏览器设置里给出这个议题的链接或增加首次使用的提示

和 #9 , #10 有类似的问题，但一直没有进展
