Missing Crystal_Basin.zip and QuickStartGuide.pdf in 1.2 Prerequisites

In section 1.2 Prerequisites, the files Crystal_Basin.zip and QuickStartGuide.pdf are unavailable for download.
This could lead to confusion for users following the guide, as they might assume these files are mandatory to proceed with the tutorials.

Suggestion:

1. Add Crystal_Basin.zip and QuickStartGuide.pdf to the page.
2. Consider improving this section

Indeed the part outlined in red can be removed entirely. It was needed in the initial version of the tutorial, but to keep things easy and reproducible this is no longer needed. We can perhaps remove the entire prerequisites section, and just give a link to the installation page.
