Unit testing

Implement unit testing somehow. I.e. take the script and use it to correctly match against known difficult DOIs. These could be based on all previously reported broken DOIs.

Also, let's extract the actual script to its own file in order to do this. A minified version should be readily available for use (e.g. bookmark.min.js).
