Feature request: please support some level of instrumentation for the Azure Speech SDK (com.microsoft.cognitiveservices.speech/client-sdk).

Alternatively, please point me to documentation on how to mark a span as a different (upstream) service, so that I can differentiate SDK calls in my traces.
