First time entering '/' in a block shouldn't actually insert a / #25

If you start a new block, and open up the 'turn into' menu by pressing '/', it could be nice if that didn't actually insert a / into the block. This could also apply if the block is empty (e.g. the user has typed some test and then deleted it).
