This is sporadic - not every time, but happens enough for us to not use the service.

SCENARIO: If I've got three items in 7, and I'm trying to move the second one to third, it'll quite often just put every item in 6 in 7 instead. Eventually after randomly dragging the boxes around for a while, I somehow get it into the right order.
