1：版本太老
2：对huid支持不够，虽然可以用spark来完成，但对于实时数据却很难处理。

等chunjun正式支持1.16再考虑升级到flink 1.16？

chunjun 已经支持掉flink 1.16版本
taier 也会陆续支持 flink 1.16 以及spark 的高版本
具体上线时间依据大家时间和taier自身适配情况来定
