Support registry aliases #1101

Similar to how Renovate supports registry aliases, which are effectively a list of key-value substitutions.

We use global variables within our Dockerfile and bitbucket-pipelines.yml image statements.

Adding cdxgen support for aliases would allow for richer BOM generation with actual/full image statements.
