I personally prefer to use an underscore to prefix private fields, in this way you can also easily differentiate them from variables.
It also follows the Microsoft C# coding conventions https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/fundamentals/coding-style/coding-conventions#camel-case
