DESCRIBE THE BUG:

Final Cut Pro 10.7.1 crashes when creating a compound clip from two or more secondary storylines. 100% reproducible for me.


TO REPRODUCE:

Select two or more secondary storylines and create a compound clip.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:

  • Mac Studio M1 Max
  • 10-core CPU, 32-core GPU configuration
  • 64 GB RAM
  • macOS 14.2.1
  • Library on internal startup volume
  • Hundreds of GB free

I can't reproduce. For example, this turns into a Compound Clip fine?

@pulpjedi - Can you please upload a sample library to demonstrate the crash? Can you also please share the crash logs (as explained here)?
