[UI] Primary Color in Neve context

Description

Right now if you go in the Neve Menus Dashboard, you'll notice that there are 2 different accent colors used: Neve brand color and theme color. Since those are different, it make it looks strange in the whole UI (attached below).

I suggest we make sure that in the Neve Context, things are consistent in terms of accent colors.

The issue is similar to what we fixed here, at point 3.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Install Neve v3.7.0
2. Go to the Neve Pages
3. Notice that there are different colors for some elements, for example the Premium support button.
