Choose menu colors for mobile and desktop separately

It is very important that the font color used for the menu items on mobile and desktop can be set separately.

For example this is needed when your page has a red title bar on the top. You want the header then to be red as well. For the menu items to be readable, you need a white font color for the menu items. However, you can’t change the menu’s background on mobile, so the text in white color on white background is not readable.
