功能: 过滤只保留想要的源, 去掉不想要的源

看看使用二进制转16进制, 还是base64来传参
看看怎么建索引性能比较好
使用什么方式来绑定订阅关系, cookie, Session, LocalStorage, 浏览器指纹, 第三方帐号
创建订阅分组, 即 Group 独立命名作为短链, 实际映射到多个内容源

考虑下通过一个 issue, 然后后面 comment 来设置订阅, 通过 Github issue api 定时更新?
