Feature request: Requiring address without other contacts (name, phone, email)

Now we have two options in the group settings:

• Ask for more contact info
• Ask for address as well

But sometimes (even pretty often) we need to ask only for the address (text equivalent, not only GPS coordinates), and the service doesn't provide this ability now.
If I select "Ask for address as well" - no "Address" field appears, and if I check both - it appears only with other fields (Full name, phone, email).

So, the solution is to rename "Ask for address as well" to "Ask for address" and render only the "Address" field if only the second checkbox is selected.

You can use a custom user registration survey to control exactly what questions are asked:

You can also disable location so it wont ask for that.
