Please update and extend the install / how to run documentation

Hello,

i wanted to test this software locally but the documentation for running is not helping.

Normally i would expect that there are prerequisites for the the install. For instance: what node version, what postgresql version.

And then a clear step for step working manual. 'yarn install' in the root folder does nothing but to create a empty yatn.lock file.

Please update the documentation so i can try this out.
