No mention of how to run Ciphey

@Minister of Truth I forked the repo & adapted my code so it can talk to the rest of ciphey - noob question: how can I test my modified version locally? Which file would I need to run? I keep getting errors.

Hey @lukas ! Not a noob question, evidently the documentation sucks on that. Do you have Poetry installed? If so, in the root of the github repo (by the readme) run poetry run ciphey -t "text_to_test
