Exception Source: ChoETL
Exception Type: System.BadImageFormatException
Exception Message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.ComponentModel.DataAnnotations, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.

When I use the CHOETL package and use in my project. When I install to another PC I get the above error. I am trying to resolve it and was hoping someone here could help me out to the root cause. I know the issue isn't 100% ChoETL but the reference is missing.
