Just want to make sure this is intended with 24H2. Here are 2 set of logs
Difference - 29 package(s) could not be removed and %temp% folder has access issues.
Winutil was run with Admin Powershell in both cases.

The size of both isos is different as well. First attempt is named v1 and 2nd is named v2

Same here using the English International 24H2 iso with the 24.11.11 pre release. I am running WinUtil/MicroWin from Windows 10 though in case that makes a difference.
