移动端各种奇怪问题备忘

找到部分解决方案的问题：

问题： 360 手机浏览器 8.2.0 - 页面中原生多个video时只有最后一个可操作，其他有渲染出来但点击无响应。

解决方案：

1. video position: absolute 有效，但父容器position:relative后依然会失效

问题： 小米 max 自带浏览器 - chimee 全屏，再退出 导致缩放比率异常

解决方案：

1. 完善 meta 标签
