Steps to launch new instance and import their data

Rake task should be implemented as the following steps:

1. Create organization or tenant
2. Invoke all required rake tasks of importing basic data and seeds
3. Import their clients, users, families, and other data provided.

Note: Please make sure that we have marked country origin of all clients.
