In support of T-PEN web services and multiple interfaces, the reporting of errors to guest servers and the front-end needs to be standardized and documented thoroughly.

I have had to rely on the kindness of strangers for support from T-Pen. The team has been really helpful, but I would love to have had mesasge boards, etc to scroll before messaging folks directly. Please keep in mind that if you want independent libraries/special collections to use T-Pen, then support is essential.

Support for T-PEN is always free from us here (strange as we may be), but I think a forum or message board sounds like a great idea. I will get that started next week - watch for a blog post about it.
