环境：
Windows 10 企业版 LTSC 1809
i5-13600KF
RTX 2080 Ti
Python 3.11.4

命令行运行后如下图所示

您好，应该是系统组件的问题
我使用的是Win10的LTSC版本，应该是被精简了一些东西
