Notes should be added to:

Github
Gitbook documentation
CL Slack channel for release communication

Highlight major changes and bugfixes

Feature flags
Metrics changes (including json editor)
Removing old client versions
Major bugfixes
TypeORM updates
Performance optimization
Preview users
Multiple stratification cvs uploads
Bar chart bugfix
Segmentation and app context changes
