The following changes should be applied to the network matrix:

give option to create internet zone with all public IPs
give option to create unused internet zone with all public IPs that are not in other zones
give option to create rest zone with all IPs that are not in other zones
give option to enforce all standard (not above) zones to be disjoined (show non-disjoined zones when switching on)
zone names should be unique

regarding the second option: by "unused" you mean that this zone should contain "public IPs" - "IPs used in any zone" and this should be calculated dynamically, right?
regarding second option - this should also be calculated dynamically every time there is a change to any zone's IP addresses?
