Feature request - re-evaluate flag-attempts after the regex for a flag is updated during an event

Sometimes during a CTF the regex for verifying the correct flag is updated.

It would be nice if any previous submitted attempts for the updated flag would be re-evaluated, and, if a previous false flag now passes the new regex. that challenge should be marked as solved for that user.

As a bonus-feature, remove all false flag-attempts that have been submitted for a challenge after a now-okay-flag has been submitted, and recalculate the false flags count accordingly.
