Randomly spaced dead time between music clips

The music tracks cutting straight to next after finishing is a bit hurried sounding, some dead time probably wouldnt be the worst idea. Functionally very similar to the way that short sounds space themselves out, but should be distributed much differently (maybe even a skewed tail towards longer wait times???)
