Once we hit 1.0, visitors to the repo will need a quick guide on how to get started with the project, which can be set up in the wiki. For linux, we can just instruct to download a zip copy of the source or clone, then run the compilation scripts. For windows and possibly mac, latest builds will do (need to ask @hilts-vaughan about whether builds can simply be unpacked from a zip and work right away on OSX like they would on Windows?)

Sorry to take a while to get back to you. It looks like the file "Second_star.cpp" is missing in Git. Could you upload it and then I'll submit the PR?
