How can you change the User Agent

I am getting Mobile versions of sites, Netflix, Youtube and its related to the mobile user agent. Is it possible to change it?

If you're accessing from a mobile device, that's the expected behavior. BrowserBox will provide a mobile user agent so that your device viewport receives appropriately sized content.

If you're accessing from a desktop browser you should be receiving Desktop form factor content.

If you're not it could be because of this long held issue, which I've just converted from a task point as we've had multiple reports over time.

I'm sorry about this! It should not be a difficult fix for us but we're super busy servicing existing client deployments and customizations right now, I'm afraid, so we don't have a plan on when we will get to it at the moment unfortunately.

In the meantime, a workaround is simply to open a new tab from your Desktop and see if you get a Desktop form factor.

If that does not solve the issue, the guaranteed workaround is simply to reset the browser (stop_bbpro and start_bbpro again when you switch from your mobile to your desktop). Unfortunately your open tabs will not come back (another bug on our list!), so you'll need to open them again.

You can think of it like BrowserBox remembers if it's ever been accessed by mobile then keeps everything mobile from that point forward.
